It is a Mid-City Engineering VIM212 Video In Motion Module I bought new for my new 2010 E350.
I have since traded the car in and decided to pull this before I sold the car.
It is a complete plug and play solution, It plugs into the wiring harness and bypass all the safety features to prevent from watching video while in drive. Mid-City is the best module out there just google them.
It cost me over $500 with tax and shipping
Will sell for $300.
