I have a BE6059 navigation computer for the W211 E-class 2003-2009 for sale. This is to be mounted in the trunk. This items has trouble reading discs so needs either a new DVD drive (Philips DVD M2 5.6) or a new laser pickup unit to be fully functional. So if you are handy and can source a drive or a laser, this is for you.
Comes with original 2008 map disc.
