No, once programmed they are married to the car they were meant for. Very very few people in the world can remarry them to another car (and MB will certainly not do it for you or have the means) This requires you sending them your EIS (ignition switch) along with the keys from another car. The internals of these keys are also slightly different from yours and even if you did buy them to use the new style look by using the outer case it won't work since it doesn't quite fit.
