Guestfromtampa, holy crap, I didn't realize the bulbs were in that bad of shape at the plastic base, those almost done even look like the ones I sent you. I assure you they are in perfect working condition as they light up fine, but I will issue you a refund as request. I'll pay for shipping back to me if you can do that, and ill file a claim with ijdmtoy to get my money back on these bulbs. I literally used them for a week, I did not know the bases were that bad. I was certain the bases were in good shape.

I responded to your dispute on paypal and you should be getting your refund. Send me back the bulbs, and once I receive them, I paypal you over for the shipping.

Thanks for your cooperation. I still can't believe those are the bulbs I took out, but it's okay, I'll resolve this with ijdmtoy since they are usually very good with this kind of stuff.

The bulbs you see are the bulbs that you have sent me. There is no "look like the ones you sent ", "perfect condition" or "if". The pictures you see is what you have exactly put in that box and shipped to me.
No need to look for excuses, this was initially a faulty merchandise that I believe you were well aware of and it should not be sold to people as it does not even look safe to install.
I will get them ship back to you and expect refund to be processed ASAP along with additional return shipping fees.

A better question is how and or why this happened. Any guesses? I'm about to buy off of Ebay but this is alarming.
