WTB: D2B AUX Interface (Soundgate/Denison/Dice)

Looking for an AUX interface for a 2002 C320 which uses the D2B system, unfortunately can't find anyone selling them new or used online...

Looks like any of these would work:

DICE i-D2B
Soundgate ALMBAUX
Denison GW500 D2B
