Bulb replacement warning sent me to the store to pick up two new LED backup bulbs for the Benz. After opening the trunk, I see no easy bulb access. My B didn't come with an owners manual and I'm a little concerned they expect you to replace the whole housing. Before I start tearing apart the trunk in earnest, can someone verify that there is indeed a way to replace just the bulb? Logically, if they sell them there must be, but the Germans aren't making it simple.

Opened first aid kit cubby and I see wires and a couple screws, but loosening those did nothing to jostle the lens cover.

Guidance?

The reverse bulb is easily replaceable, find the circular plug and turn it to remove the bulb, the individual leds are not replaceable.
