Aluminum Sport Pedals

I ordered the Aluminum Sport Pedals that are standard on the ML63. They were a little difficult to install, but definitely worth it.

Can you elaborate on why it's difficult?

They look great! Can you say how long it took you & the procedure steps?

I think they were difficult for me because my back is injured ( going for surgery on the 10th). They are held in place by extremely sticky, thick rubber and it takes some work to get all the edges tucked properly. It only took about five minutes, but when you are in pain that seems like an eternity. The brake pedal requires the simple removal of the original rubber pad. Takes about 2 seconds to pull off. The driver pedal does not have a removable rubber pad and the new pedal slides on over the original pedal. There are no instructions so I assumed the part of the gas pedal with the wider edge was the bottom to prevent it from getting lifted by a shoe.

I think the brake pedal can be little difficult, I'll use soap water to make it little easier to install.

I love the look of these pedals. They came standard on my ml400. I thought all MLs came w them.

Great look. I have them in my other car and I think I will update the SUV. After that I would like to get the trailer hitch. Anyone have any suggestions on that?
