That's the whole point. Blue and orange are complimentary colors and gives a more modern feel. All light set as solar feels like 1982.

I am with you! I play with it awhile ago, but solar looks so plain to me.

Ok, guess I'm stuck in the 80s then, but to me, the orange and blue lighting in the car def don't compliment each other. It looks quite disconnected to me. If it had blue accent lighting that matches with the white dash instruments (like in the S class), perhaps, but that tiny bit of blue doesn't work in that ML350 with everything else orange and white in the car IMO. White dash lights and orange everything else orange at least isn't clashing to me, but I guess it's 80s.
