Loaded E350Lux or Loaded ML350?

If both vehicles are equally equipped- which would you choose and why?
The E350 is Diamond White over Black Ventilated Leather and the ML350 is Polar White over Dark Grey Ventilated Leather.

2017 E400 wagon
If I didn't own anything else that's spacious for a young family and the E350 were a sedan, I'd choose the ML. Ditto for needing to consistently haul good amounts of stuff.
If there were 1-2 kids who were a bit older and the E350 had fold-down seats, I'd choose the E350.
If the kids had left the house, I'd choose the E350.

Why that priority? I prefer sedans for the driving experience and lower douche factor. Even though the E350 is built for comfort, it's still less detached from the road than an ML. Best of both worlds? E350 wagon.

2016 E350 2015 ML250 2002 Z06 CORVETTE
I have a 2015 ML250 and a 2016 E350. I actually prefer driving my Corvette...but that is another forum. I find the ML more useful for carrying items and people, more maneuverable in the city, and prefer the ride height and visibility. Ingress and egress is far easier with the ML and loading unloading luggage, golf clubs, etc far easier. The E350 does ride better over rough pavement and seems better screwed together. I prefer the comfort of the ML for long trips.

With all that said, my wife would have the exact opposite opinion. So, what do I know? You need to make up your own mind based on your needs.

2014 ML350 Bluetec,2012 C300 4matic sport
Depends on your needs and how you are going to use the vehicle. I have a 2014 that has every option available. This is my winter and vacation vehicle and when I need to haul stuff. I love the handling, ride height, comfort and mpg, have the diesel. I also have a fully loaded C300 and obviously a very different vehicle. It is a lot quicker and sticks to the pavement as I would expect. I drive it somewhat differently then he ML. However when I need to drive the ML aggressively it does not disappoint.
