Eco system not always working? E350 2014
When I use the Eco (stop/start) system, it often doesn't work at all for the first 10 minutes of driving. Seems random. Anyone knows if this is normal? Does the engine need to run for a while before ECO starts working?

E350
ECO does not work for me
I bought a new E350 and for the last couple of weeks the ECO light has been green for a couple of minutes each time I drive the car. I took it to the dealer and they say it is normal. Not sure what is the use if it does not work 99% of the time
