2004 c230 kompressor sedan
Just purchased a 04 c230 kompressor sedan
I found a 1 owner with very low miles.
Two causes for concern that I believe the dealer will fix
1 the air condition is not working
2 check engine light on code po715 for a transmission turbine speed sensor
I guess what I would like to know is what is best for it
Oil brand (I've heard Mobil one synthetic is good )
What actual maintenance should i do and I plan to do as much as I can on my own
And of course problems too look out for
I owned a 97 c230 before and this new beauty is much different
Thank

hi, I just bought the same, 04 c230 compressor sedan. looks good, haven't been driven for 1 year so the previous owner had it tuned up, changed battery. when we got it, oil started dripping, so took it back to shop they changed oil pan gasket. CEL went on the second day, they had us disconnect battery and reset something to get rid of CEL, it failed smog test because of computer readout from car. they suggest we drive it a lot of miles first before smog.
