My crank position sensor keeps going bad. I've replaced it three times in two years. The brand I bought has a lifetime warranty, so the cost isnt an issue. It is getting annoying breaking down in the middle of the highway and having to constantly worry if im going to make it to a safe location to replace it though. I know the symptoms and how to replace it. What I cant find are the causes. Is there a brand I can rely on for a few years at least? What can I do to extend the life of my cps? Is this something Im going to just have to live with?
