rumbling/vibrations when accelerating on 2003 E500

rumbling/vibrations heard on right back wheel when accelerating on 2003 E500
Hello all,
My name is Ryan and I am new to this website and forum, but I am glad to be a part of folks that own Mercedes Benz.
I have a 2003 E500 and when I am accelerating at about 30 - 45 mph I feel a vibration / rumbling towards the back of the vehicle.
Does anyone know what this could possibly be? It can be felt and heard from the rear wheel on right side.
All information and suggestions are greatly appreciated it.
