Question.......Do the MB Designers take hints from MB drivers or just go ahead with what they think best......??????

I have a 2013 GLK 350 and think the controls for the air condition system is in the wrong place, as when driving you have to take your eyes off the road to change settings ie blower setting, heat, windshield anti fog, etc,etc.....In my opinion the control panel should have been set up closer to the radio tuner...
