I just bought a used E63 with 37K miles from a private party and had the MBZ dealer inspect it for an extended warranty through EZ care. The price he gave me was 30 months / 30,000 miles for $ 3,500. OR 24 months/24,000 miles for $ 3,000.

I am debating whether to get the warranty and if I do, is this a fair price?
