CLS55 Wiper Arm Installation

CLS55 Wiper Arm Installation
Hello,
I just purchased an 06 CLS55 AMG - love it! I bought it knowing it needed to have a new wiper arm, which I just picked up from the dealership - wanted it now before rain... Question. The drivers side wiper arm works fine, the passenger side (the one I just purchased) appears to be held in place with two black bolt caps? It doesn't seem to hold the wiper arm assembly in place - nor can I get wiper to wipe. Q: There are 2 spindles that hold the passenger wiper arm in place - should both spindles spin when the wipers are turned on? Only one does, so wondering if that could be part of the problem? Also, should there be actual nuts that will secure the wiper arm in place and then the black finish caps on top? Help, it will be raining soon and I only have the driver side wiper that works... Appreciate your assistance.
