I own a 2000 E320 4matic wagon and driving it for 3 years with no problem. Last week I went for a vacation for 2 weeks out of state and when I came back put the key in and it will not turn or unlock the steering wheel. I went to MBZ dealer and talk to the service advisor and said if you insert the key and said take the key out on the instrument panel the key is recognize but it won't turn he said the problem in the eis is he right? I need advise
