New Member, New (to me) 2005 E55 AMG

I had a 2008 Lexus IS-F fully bolted including an intake, p/p intake manifold, p/p throttle body, race headers, straight through exhaust, etc. The car was pretty fast and I could beat most cars and 600cc crotch rockets on a roll with no problem. I did race a stock C6 Z06 and from 40-80 mph it was about even and then he would start walking away from me above that. I became irritated with the car as it was not able to be tuned on the oem system and therefore it could not be boosted. I was as fast as I could ever be without some form of power adder so I decided to move on.
So this is my solution for a Sleeper-ish car with massive amounts of power that is boosted, one that can be tuned and has some great swag to it. lol
My first plans are to address cooling issues as I want to know I'm getting all of the power potential out of the car. I will be upgrading the coolant pump with the Johnson CM30 or the Bosh 010... still undecided there. I'm pretty sure I am going to go with the PLM H/E as its a direct oem replacement with the mounting/install and add a few bottles of Water Wetter. Also I don't know much about them, but I'm wanting to buy some TTM Scoops. I should be good on the cooling at that point and may split the system but I need to do a little more research before that.
I also plan to use matte black on everything else that isn't Black Opal or Carbon fiber. Grill, wheels, have the headlights re-done, etc. I want the car to look slightly sinister and aggressive. I haven't decided if I'm going to have the current rims powder coated or sell/trade them for some matte/satin black rims. I'm very interested in unsprung weight so I'll probably make that decision after I weigh them.
After that I'll prob do a s/c pulley, headers and tune. I also need to do something for sound. Im looking to have a head turning exhaust when I get on it but also something that is fairly civil and easy to deal with on a daily basis as this will be my daily driver. I want as little drone as possible with a nice deep rumble with normal driving and idle, ROARING when on it.
I'll move on to more eventually, but I'm moving to Houston, TX sometime in Sept-Oct of this year so I may wait for those things after I can get down to Eurocharged, as I understand they are based in Houston.
Anyways, I wanted to introduce myself and make some new friends here on the forum and hopefully meet up with some people. I don't know for sure yet, but I did hear there is a rumor going around that there are a few other 55's and 63's down in Houston. I'm very much open to suggestions and ideas, so feel free to comment and help me with this learning process.
Thanks again, Michael.
