Lock Problem

My passenger door pin will not go up or down with the remote or even the buttons inside the car. All the other doors work but that one. I need to pull or push the pin to lock or unlock.

Any suggestions?

Can you hear the lock mechanism working when you try to unlock / lock with remote?

I'm not sure of that, I'll have to check it. I do hear it try to work when I push the switch. Although the switch locks and unlocks all the other doors. The other thing I found strange is I can easily push the pin down on the side that doesn't work, and I can't on the side that does work. I am beginning to think it the actuator.

The power windows do work fine. Are there any post out there on how to change it out yourself.

Did you have any luck with this? Mine is doing the same thing. I know it's something to do with the DLA, but I don't know if the motor is bad or if it just has a busted spring. Lemme know what you found out. Thanks!!
