Instrument panel on cls lighting on and off

Instrument panel on cls lighting on and off
Hi

yesterday my cls (2007 reg) went dead. This morning i called the rescue services to start the car. I kept the car running for 45 minutes to charge the battery.

The car now starts up but on start up the ignition panel keeps lighting up and then turning off intermittently. The stereo does not work. the headlamps flash and and off and the parking sensors make strange sounds when reversing. the indicators work then stop


can someone please help
