2003 Mercedes C230 1.8 oil in plugs question

2003 Mercedes C230
Question 2003 Mercedes C230 1.8 oil in plugs question
I have a 2003 Mercedes C230 with a 1.8 engine. As I was driving the car yesterday I noticed that the car started to shake pretty bad whenever I came to a complete stop and the cel came on. I used a scanner and the codes that came up were P0101, p0301, p0302, p0303 and p0304. I know the 300 code cylinder misfires so I check the coils and plugs. The plugs were full of oil. Does this mean the head is cracked or does it just need valve stem seals and valve cover gasket. Also where is the maf located on this vehicle. Pictures would be helpful. Thanks!
