Want to replace headlamp bumper trim piece

Post Want to replace headlamp bumper trim piece
I removed the malfunctioning headlamp washers from my 99 SL500, and
would like to replace the bumper trim piece that now has holes where the
washer arms came through. Does anyone know where I can locate them other than going to a body shop? It's an easy fix if I can just locate the parts.
