The engine fans stays on all the time, even when the blower for heat/ac is off. The coolant is fine too. some say that the me computer needs to be replaced & some say it needs to be reset, don't know what to do. I'm in the Queens, NY area, please suggest a solution or recommend a shop. Thanks
