2005 CLK 320 Conv. need current recommendations for after market nav

Hi guys!
this is Nina.. I just purchased a 2005 CLK 320 Conv. I have the factory installed head unit with the 6 disc CD changer in the g box. I would love to put a nav system in and have read all the forums but it seems that many of the recommendations are not as current as I need. Anyone have any current recommendations for the following:

Where do I get one?
would love the indash DVD, NAV, BTooth, Aux etc.
How much should I pay?
How much should I pay for installation?
Any local recommendations for installation? Hampton Roads area. (Best Buy??? Or an audio specialty shop??

Were you able to get this done?
I'm trying to put a pioneer head unit
But since it has fiber optic cables they told me I need to get a fiber optic adpter
