Has anyone had disappointment with Mercedes customer services lately? My car has been serviced by main dealers in Brentford in Middlesex and things have been left off and not done according to the service schedule and when I complained they gave me attitude !! No apology or reason why it was left off. Have since taken car to a Mercedes specialist who checked car fully and gave me a list of items not done on the car. I paid so much to have my car properly looked after and serviced to Mercedes but looks like they are truly stealers not dealers! I am gutted to find this out! No trust left in the Mercedes brands and I own a SL350 , S350L and a Sprinter Van. Been told by independent garage who was ex Mercedes service supervisor that they are alway under pressure to turn over cars fast and hence resulting in items not being carried out as they should! We are just a number to Mercedes no personal service left anymore like old days ! Shame

Shameful and unacceptable. You're next visit should be to the GM with a list of areas that you feel are not happening.....additionally, the auto-generated service satisfaction surveys are a powerful modality to highlight poor performance or recognize great performance. I take them seriously as I know the dealers are held accountable. Be your OWN strong advocate and demand what MB says: "The Best or Nothing"
These dealers know that we are so busy with life that we have no time to complain! I shall not just buy a Bentley instead and forget the Mercedes brand!
