Hi, signed up to check out the site. Fallen in love with the cls when I saw a kleemann version. I do 35k miles per year, so need a diesel though.
Would love similar look, but before I buy the one I have seen, I would like a few words of wisdom.
If I fit 20" rims, will it affect the car doing high miles? I know the ride will be harsher, but I have done the last 2 years on a harsh set up. Will 20's cause unnecessary wear?
If I lower the car, will it affect the car? Will it cause wear
When I say affect, will it go through tyres quicker, will the suspension die quicker etc.
If I do not go stupid low, will the adjustable links be acceptable?
Also, would you recommend this car for high miles?
It is a v nice car, I wouldn't want to mess it up playing with it a little bit...
