Faint constant audible beep
Hi everyone ..this is my first post so any help would be grateful.
I have a 08 gl which I purchased recently and I am very happy with.
However for the past few weeks after startup there is an audible high
Pitched beep almost like an ultrasonic whine coming from the front of the
Car. It is faintly audible but annoying. I have noticed the little microphone
with the light attached near the rear view mirror stays red where as before it
turned green after a few secs. I notice at start up it flicks green for a second
and the noise disapears, it goes back to red and the noise returns.
Think the microphne may be to do with ultrasonic interior protection.The
Car does have Bluetooth so unsure if it's to do with that?
Anyway any help would be great..it was not there when I purchased the
car so it maybe something I have done. I have reset factory settings but no luck..
