Abs light on,bas,stop lamp see dealer

Mercedes Vito 109 CDI C220 CDI
Abs light on,bas,stop lamp see dealer
My 2002 c220 CDI coupe has the ABS light on BAS not working,stop light see dealer and auto shifter stuck in park.
I have read about the common stop lamp switch problem,but my car does not have a pedal switch and the MB dealer says the switch only comes with the brake booster (servo)
Can I buy a switch from somewhere or do I need to replace the complete brake booster (servo) unit complete ?
