08 C350 multi media shutdown message
Need help on this issue. 08 C350 multi media message "please start the engine, otherwise command will shut off in 3 minutes". This is happening while the car is running about every hour. Dealer is saying i need new multi media and i'm saying BS. Also lights are off on all the command buttons for multi media.
