SAM draining battery--software upgraded needed?
Hello all,
The battery(original) on my 2010 GLK 350 4matic died over the weekend. I took it to the dealer and they said the battery needed to be replaced ($350) but the "SAM" unit should have a software upgrade ($285) since they think that the "SAM" unit is drawing too much power from the battery. Is this something that is truly needed? Has anyone faced this issue before.
