Should I buy this ? 07 e550 salvage

Below is the car description. I checked the vin and it was actually in 2 accidents, by the wanted 18k got him down to 14k.
What u guys think. I new to this forum and to mercedes in general.
Any input is helpfull, so far I only gotten GRIM WARNINGS to stay away.
Please help, been saving up for 2 years don't wanna step into something sticky.

This auction is for a 2007 Mercedes-Benz E550 sedan. This vehicle is in excellent condition. With Black Exterior, Black Interior. Loaded with Automatic Transmission, Heated Front Seats, Cooled Seats, Bluetooth, Power Front Seats w/Memory, Power Glass Moonroof, Leather Steering Wheel Trim, Cruise Control, Audio Steering Wheel Controls, Harman/Kardon Audio, CD Audio System, Navigation System, Automatic Climate Control, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Exterior Mirrors, Rear Power Sunshade, 18" Wheels, Air Suspension and more. The vehicle was in a minor accident and has a SALVAGE TITLE. The damage was to the left side of the car. Left front fender was damaged also left rear quarter panel rear left tail light and rear bumper cover. Damaged parts were replaced with original OEM done by professional body shop. NO. you should not buy salvage car that fixed by others. lots of hidden problems.
escpially german car, too many sensors, when huge impact happened, you will never know which sensors are almost but not yet broken
* hidden cost
* unsafe factors
* extremely low resell value and hard to sell also
