Noise on right side front when Turing the steeting

Noise on right side front when Turing the steeting
Hello I have C230 2007 I have owned it since brand new 2007. I just notice some squeezing noise when Turing the steering right and a different noise when Applying the break all coming from the right side. I was told that they sound like transmission arm and or thrust control arm. Can someone advise me on this what to expect.
