Liftgate issue
I have a 2009 gl450. My problem is with the liftgate.
The liftgate opens fully but will not stay open. It automatically starts to close as soon as it fully opens.
Once it closes the lock engages and locks the hatch.

2013 C350 Sedan & 2008 GL450
I have a 2008 GL450 and i had a lift gate problem as well. My lift gate would open however when you close it, it would go down and wouldn't lock in place. I had taken it to my local mercedes dealership and surprisingly when I tried to show the dealer what happened it just started closing normally. Then when i went back home and tried again the problem continued.
