Switched from the Bimmers to a C55 AMG
I've recently got my friend's totaled 2005 C55 AMG with 160k on it.
Car hit a curb with the left side of the vehicle, minimal body damage on the front bumper... however the rims (Renntech Monolites) and tires are jacked so I'm in the market for the new ones. Frame not bent....
Currently off the road, in my friend's garage.
Current Spendings:
- Around $600 for control arms front (changed a whole asssembly) and back (2 control arms changed). Front is perfect now, the back however is still under question, I might create a new post with a question about it....
Estimated Future Spendings:
- Up to a $1000 for a set of wheels
- $1500 if all the body chips and bumper damage fixed and painted... (Possibly I'm gonna go with a wrap
Some pics of the Car Itself, The Damage to the bumper and quarter panel (there's also some damage on the hood and on the trunk from a drunken fight :/ previously to the accident), the two wheels that took the hit, and the two back control arms that were changed....
