Has anyone installed the renntech ecu upgrade in their C350?

It says it is a plug and play system. Once installed is there any additional tuning that needs to be done to the engine? It is a 2010 C350 sport.
Also, I am looking to get bluetooth music without changing the factory head unit if possible. If I do have to change it I would like to at least retain all of the built in convenience controls. It is the audio 20 system, without the Harman Kardon and navigation. Any suggestions or personal experience appreciated. I am a noob.
