Greeting from jordan
I am a 22 years old Mechatronics engineer and a jack of all trades from Jordan, i got to know this forum while reoairing my now sold w114, and researching for a w210 to replace my dad's hyundai santafe, and using the info i got here we got- arguably -the best w210 we could find in Jordan .The car we got is a 2001 w210 e240 with 130,000 km(dads thinks its tampered with but the car is clean), i hated this car so much as a kid
but driving one and working on it proved how dumb i was to think like this !
It didn't need alot of real repairs but i did these (which am going to post soon)
1- sanded and sprayed clear on the Head lights
2- did aux wire on the factory becker
3- fixed crazy climate control fan knob potentiometer
4- fixed rear brake lights
5-rear air vent
6- attempted the lcd repair using original ribbons
This is my first account in a forum, this is the forum that actually made me want to give back to the community,Hopefully many threads to come concerning the w210 and other random stuff
