My name is Bill, I live on Camano Island, WA and own and drive a 1990 E300. The car has 274K miles, still gets 24 MPG Freeway, the engine has never been rebuilt or replaced. Runs good, no engine noise but am currently trying to get information about the sunroof. It will tilt open but will not slide into the open position. I want to remove the inner liner, open the sunroof and lubricate the tracks and mechanicals. Anyone know a trick to open the sunroof when the motor will not.?
