Hey all! I'm the proud owner of a new 2014 GL63 AMG! So lucky, it was a birthday present from my hubby, blushing!
Living in Alberta Canada we get tons of snow! I was told by the local MB dealer that I should switch out my factory tires to Pirelli winter tires, 20" with new rims, about $6500 CND . They said I could just switch out the current 21" with a winter 21" and use the same rims ($2800). Their suggestions is the 20" as the smaller tires are better in snow. Anyone have any helpful input as to why a slightly smaller tire for winter driving? I came from driving a Lincoln Navigator (all season tires) and never switched out the tires.
