Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum, but not to mechanics, electronics or forums in general. I am graduate Mechanical engineer and I always loved messing about with cars. My personal car has been immobile for over 10 month now!!!!
w126 300se special order for Polish Embassy in Bulgaria, Paperwork says 1991, but chassis 1990. Funny thing - it has ASR!!!!! Factory fitted. From what I read its unheard of on straight 6 petrol. Due to catastrophic engine failure I had to look for alternatives as didnt manage to find good working m103 engine with big and small ends intact and/or even good compression on all cylinders.
At the moment I am with m104 945 2.8 twin cam engine from early 210. Have some troubles with getting it fully operational, hence me harassing all available forums - check technical talk for further info.
