Hello: I purchased my 2001 C320 a few months back. Only had 36,000 miles and like new. It steers hard. had a mechanic twice look at it but no results. They say only other possible fix is a new power steering pump. My other recent problem is a clicking sound associated with the actuator arms for heat/air controls. I joined to try and find someone who has determined which one (I guess there are several) and the procedure to fix it myself. Love the site and looks like I will be able to obtain lots of help here.
