I was going through all the posts reading about the problems. (EIS seems to be quite a common problem). Other than that, would your recommend buying a used 2008 C350 Sport wit 96k Miles or I should look for other car brands.

Welcome to MBWorld. There wasn't anything really wrong with the intro year w204 and for most, it's been a reliable workhorse. Obviously get it looked at professionally prior to purchase and make sure all the maintenance was done proper with TSB taken cared of. Mileage is high, but about right for an 8 year old daily.
