I purchased a Mercedes 2003 c230 kompresser and on my way home a message turned on dash . The low beam check headlight so I checked lights and drivers side front and was out. So I took it to the dealer and they replaced both low beam lights bulbs. And I was driving home today from work at night and the speedometer message says low beam light out again same thing. it said low beam light headlight out again. And left side went out while driving again. so what do I do getting frustrating. Do I replace the high bean light too. 😡 I just bought it. 😡🙏 please email me brgpadilla@comcast.net

Welcome to MBWorld. Try turning the lights off, turn the engine on and off. Then try the lights. That will power cycle and reset the SAM. See if that will re-engage power to the bulb. If not, then try swapping the bulb left and right to see if the issue follows the bulb or stays on the socket. If it follows the bulb, then you have a bad bulb that could just be defective or it could be that during install, someone touched the bulb with their hand, which is common for people in a rush or not used to handling bulbs. Oils from fingers can cause a hot spot and blow the bulb. If it stays on the socket, you might have some electrical issues that require further diagnosis.
