Bought this 04 C 230 for my daughter a month ago. Now the wipers and the horn doesn't work. All the fuses are good. The wipers do not work on any speed, and the horn does not work at all. The horns have been checked all good there. As stated before all the fuses are good. I have read in other forums about the clock-spring and the signal switch. Unsure how the two could be related to each other. I am capable of doing the work just don't want to waste money throwing parts at the problem, i want to fix the problem. Ant help would be great.....Please help!!!
