NTG4 comand unit and a/c comand console not working
Hi, I have a 2011 Mercedes Benz c300 4matic and the NTG4 comand unit and A/C comand console do not work, they do not have power at all.
I already check all fuses and they're all good, including the fuse behind the NTG4 unit which I have to replace because it was burned. I thought that was gonna fix the problem but still no power.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?.
Any help would be appreciated.
