190E 2.6 Recently Acquired for restoration
Hello all ,
I recently got my new project car a 1993 190E 2.6 and am restoring it I've owned a 190e 8Valve before and still drive a 88 560sl and a 1991 350sdl. This 190e is a 2.6 engine and it was running great the first couple days after I bought it had sat for over a year in the original owners garage the other day I had difficulty starting it and replaced the battery. The problem is still there if I crank it it will barely start and idle will spped up to normal but I still have hesitation on acceleration and unusual shifts like its on limp mode I do not know whats causing this anybody own one of these that has had this problem
