I am trying to log in to Sirus Radio. I have subscribed. When I put my Radio on to Sat it says u must subscribe to Sirus and has Code but no Code number appears although Sirus has my Radio number. I have and they tried to send me the down link multiple times. No luck. I have changed car locations clear sky resent multiple times. Could it be my Sirus receiver is not working if so where is it located and what should I trouble shoot before I take it to a professional. It is a 2008 S550. Thanks
