2007 SL55 AMG
Replacement key SL55
Hi all, first post ever. Does anyone know how much a replacement key costs including programming? My understanding is that it must be purchased through a MB dealer. If it makes any difference, I'm located in Illinois. Thanks all..

I think ours was 450 all in and we have Keyless Go. We could have bought the key without having programed as well.

Youza.....I pretty well figured so.....I checked with third party vendors but IIRC the dealer will not program the key unless you buy from them. Thanks for the prompt reply!

Please tell me that the car came with 2 keys when it was new. Only getting one key with a 135k car would just be wrong.......
