2014 C250 coupe

Enable Back up camera on 2014 C250

I installed a camera by the rear license plate. I ran the wires, powered the camera. Removed the HU and connected the FAKRA cable adapter. I entered the secret engineering mode on the control unit and could not figure out how to find and enable the camera like on previous models. My menu looks different than the others that I have seen in videos.
Does this have to be done with a scan tool? Thanks
