I have a question regarding replacement rear tyres on my E class, do you have to replace the rear tyres as a pair? Somebody told me that this was the case? Is this correct?

If it is a 4Matic, and the tread is under a certain amount they usually suggest replacing all 4 tires. I know on Volvos if you only replace 2 it can cause the AWD system to fail.

It is highly recommended to change them in pairs, unless you have to get all 4 tires replaced.
