I ordered a 2018 E400 wagon before the updated 2018 price list came out. I was told that the option 3 package included the Active multicontour front seats with massage. So much to my surprise and the salesman the new car arrived with standard seats. The 2018 model prices now list it as a separate $1,320 option. My question, is it possible to easily swap the multicontour seat for the standard seat without changing the wiring harness? My salesman says no but I find it surprising that Daimler would make it so complex.
